Well. I know I should have really made this post on New Years Eve as that was 6 months since I first rezzed, but I have to be honest, I was more interested in dancing and being RL sociable than reflecting on the incredible, if not at times frustrating, journey SL has been for me.
It’s true I sometimes still go off the rails and visit the slightly less family orientated parts of the grid, but mostly I have found a settled and varied existance that ensures I am never bored and always with a project on the go!

Okay, so here’s a sign of advancing madness.
I was sitting high above Collina the other day working on some new stools for the bar area (full of nice stool type animations!) when a message popped up to say a store was available to rent in Tombstone Winslow… Fantastic, I thought, finally an excuse to make lots of older themed things!

Well, it’s Saturday, I was worn out from making some new extra big couches for an event tomorrow and I felt the incredible need to waste some time, so I thought I’d pop over to see what’s going on at Iggy’s Fun World…
…And found Iggy has some new rides :-) Cool! Including a go-cart track, which has a pink cart, so that’s okay. But the best thing? I beat Iggy’s laptime and simply had to gloat!

So here’s a question for you.
You arrive in a sim you’ve never been to before, you stay a few seconds and then you go. Why? Was it something I said? Actually, that latter question is another case in point, I say “Hello and welcome to Collina” and *poof* they are gone.
