A Sad Sad Post

This one hurt… so very sorry to see it happen. Here’s the announcement from Old Salt’s Pub that went out just now. (They were my first actual live venue in SL and a regular Sunday performance locale for me):


** NO MORE CONCERTS **

Hi Everyone,

As of today Friday March 16th, 2007 there will be no further concerts at Old Salt’s Pub.

Regretfully too many real life responsibilities are interferring with SL and we are sadly closing Old Salt’s Pub.

Thanks to all of you for your support of the arts and live music in SL. Please keep supporting the wonderful talent!!

    this is very unexpected and quite discouraging — Old Salt was one of my regular hangouts, and I went to many a performance there!
