Aloha Beach isle

ok, here goes more info. about Aloha Beach Isle and Aloha surf lovers.

Aloha in the Hawaiian language means affection, love, peace, compassion and mercy.

This low lag SIM is already finished :) at list most part of it. Five nice and comfortable houses for rent (within parcels with own media settings) rent system for how many prims you use so prices will float. Yesterday the crowd starts to arrive and it was just cool how people see this paradise. Some comments like:

“All I know is that the SIM is spectacular. When I have time, the Naima’s island will be my headquarters to pass the time…

Good music, good beaches, beautiful girls, extreme sports, the sound of waves and course just be careful with the shark, lol…”

:) the shark will be fixed lol, sometimes he just fly (maybe something about Havok4).
Yes you read “extreme sports” for sure, we will have even more than 4 meters pipeline waves, scripted surf boards, the coolest jetski, lovely skybox (heaven paradise theme) awesome shaped SIM in a dream land, volcano with especial FX, a chill out club and many more.

This place is pure fun and relax.

Aloha Beach Isle (this is a LOW lag SIM class 5 server)

Hey, we are here to have fun and enjoy. To that end, there needs to be some rules and guidelines to insure these goals for everyone. They are presented here for your review.

By visiting Aloha Beach Isle you are agreeing to these.

Acess:
Adults only.
No child AVs and no age play is allowed.
No disturbing behavour, this is a place for a quiet fun
If you are not a renter, you DO NOT ENTER THE HOUSES. This is a pubic residential.

Membership:
Membership is not required to acess but is needed to use the free stuff. As a visitor, you are agreeing to the terms presented here in this document. Membership in the club is free “Aloha Surf Lover. Membership offers access some private areas, notification of events and use some surf stuff.

Group Chat / IM
Group chat announcements owners ONLY. Any commercial or sexually explicit conversation in group IM is not allowed. Use of the group IM by non staff other than direct response to staff inquiry is subject to removal from the membership rolls and can be banned from SIM.

Second Life allows use of personal IM and the creation of personal group chat sessions. Use them instead of Group Chat / IM. Thanks!

Conduct:
Your conduct while at this SIM is to remain pleasant and friendly. Behavior deemed inappropriate by owners will be addressed and if the AV is not cooperative, is subject to removal.
No sex on public places
No weapons or offensive scripts shall be used on the SIM.

Respect the owners and staff:
All visitors and members will respect and cooperate with all Owners and staff at all times. They are here to make your stay wonderful. You owe them the same :)

Items, objects and scripts:
Please do not uses items and scripts that will produce lag. AVs with personal items that demonstrate excessive creation of lag or interference with operations of the SIM, may be asked to remove them. Please cooperate as it is the staff’s goal to keep an enjoyable experience for everyone. THIS IS THE MOST LOWEST LAG SIM

You are not allowed to place any objects anywhere on the property unless your are a renter. ALL items on the property owned by anyone are subject to return / removal at the discretion of the owners.

Relationships, role-play:
This is a place to have fun, surf, dance, relax and play. Private areas are provided for renters.

Enjoy your visit. Have fun. Respect others and respect your self.
