I got Inspired!

So, 4am, can’t sleep, what does a girl do? She goes to shop!

A couple of weeks ago, we had a Costumes & Cosplay event at 9.13. This led me to looking at more anime-ish things, even though I’m not really a fan of anime. During my search, which of course started at SLExchange, I found an “Anime Girl Starter Pack.” It was free, so why the heck not? And once I’ve found something on SLX that is reasonably priced and decent, that leads me to try to find the store in-world. So THAT led me to this great little treasure of a store called Inspired!

If you’re a girl and love darling little things, and you need these darling little things cheap because you’re on a budget, Inspired is soooo your store! Check it out!

Inspired!

From the starter pack, I am wearing the Angel Face shape and the Starry Anime Skin in Glow. Normally I only wear my own shapes, and did try on several (the skin looked so cute with both the Julianne and the Danica shapes from my store), but I decided to show off this one since it comes in the pack. :) There are also lights to attach to yourself to show off the skin a little better. All the skins are designed to have a very faint nose, like an anime character, and that is why the light is necessary. Oh, and the skins? 4 skin makeups for $250L a pack. Hello?!

With it I’m wearing the White Zippered Sweater from Inspired, and the Kitty Cat hat! There are a few different hats, but of course I had to go with the kitty one. The ears bounce and twitch around as you walk. So freakin’ cute. With it, I’m wearing the Jenna hair, also from Inspired. This is such good hat hair. Plus the flexi is just really bouncy and cute.

There are a few hair choices at Inspired, and you get free hair with the starter pack. But the hair is VERY inexpensive at only $100L per color pack! Of course, the hair works better on the Inspired shapes, but that’s not very uncommon for hair makers. They use their own shape, and the rest of us just have to learn to edit. :)

The jeans I’m wearing are called Trusty (because they are!) and are from LF Fashions, and the shoes are my Lo-Cut Kool Kicks from KK Outfitters. I really have to thank Rosie for showing me these shoes. I wear them with everything!

Also at Inspired, there are these ADORABLE little animals to hold!!

Squeeeeeeze!

I have a love of cute things I can hold. :) The Baby Butterflies pack comes with several different colors, and options for holding, or letting the butterfly fly over your shoulder. So freakin’ cute! The little animals are real bargains at $75-$100L each. The ponytail is also from Inspired.

The shirt I’m wearing is the Papillion Burgundy shirt from Boing Fromage. If you use this SLurl to go there, there’s a BIG SALE going on! It’s only in the Nakama location, and it’s not been determined how long the sale is going on, so head out there. :) (This SLurl, actually, just lands you in Nakama, so you may have to walk around. But it’s a really cute sim, so it’s not a problem.)

And as you all know, Halloween is coming up. Do you remember the crazy Adam Sandler Halloween costumes from Saturday Night Live?

Sandler Inspired

Oh man, I was ROLLING on the floor with these!! Shown in the picture are “Crazy Newspaper Face,” “Crazy Sneaker Hand,” and “Crazy Guy Under The Desk.” There are others, and chat gestures that don’t make noise, but just say what the costume is basically. Like - “I’m Crazy Newspaper Face and I want some candy! Give some candy to Crazy Newspaper Face, my face ain’t normal, it’s a damn newspaper! Extra extra read all about it, I need some candy!”

The pack of Sandler inspired costumes are… ONLY ONE LINDEN.

Everything at Inspired is VERY reasonably priced, with some great freebie & dollarbie items as well. I highly suggest you head out there and have some fun!!

(And yes, I started this at like, 5am. But I ended up going to sleep, so it wasn’t finished until now, a little after 1pm. lol)
