It’s been a long time since I’ve purchased this lot, but it is time to let it go.
I’m offering this lot at 4L$ per squar meter + Time Remaining.
At 4096 sq. m., that comes out to 16,384 L$
I have 36 days remining.
At 226 L$ per day, that comes to 8161.
Add them together and you have a price of 24,545 L$.
Of course, that price goes down 226 L$ per day.
If anyone is interested in a victorian era (1800) sim, it’s a great place.
