Just finished a Best Dressed Fisher and 7Seas Fishing Contest at the Slow Rezz Cafe dock. Combined prize pots were L$500. There’s also a Freebie Giver of Random Fish-Themed Goodies and Custom Catch fishing.

For the past few weeks, Swine Flu has been the center of global media attention and people around the world are getting scared. What can we do about it? Well, there’s really nothing anyone can do except practice proper hygiene (like washing our hands regularly, covering our mouths when coughing or sneezing, avoid public areas as much as possible and others). Me? I did something extra. I created a set of decorative custom fishing rods which can be used together with 7Seas Invisible Rod in Second Life.
This set is composed of 3 Swine Flu inspired decorative custom fishing rods that are compatible with the 7Seas Fishing Game in Second Life. At Earth Elements Island, Benjamin, we have created what we think is the most unique dancing area in Second Life. A floating platform and on each of the four compass points is a giant globe depicting the four Elements; Earth, Air, Fire; and Water.

Earth Elements Island, Benjamin originally began as Earth Elements Island, a low-prim sim. Lots of love and care went into creating it and nurturing it, when the word came down about the changes to Homesteads. Shortly thereafter, I got an extremely generous offer from a good friend. I could move the whole operation to Benjamin, which was bare at the time, thereby increasing the number of prims from 3750 to 15000. Wow, from a starvation diet to all you can eat, almost!
Just to give you an idea of what is on the island, here’s a short list until next time.
