Get your personal Linden!

Since when can someone just ask a Linden to do favours, when we have daily issues (teleport failures, rezzing issues, inventory losses, login issues, etc.) with Second Life?
If a sim owner can do this, then why we can’t? Our Premium membership is not the same, there is another membership level which is higher?
Let me know please, I want to change my membership to that.

ps.: silly me, I just have to buy a few sims, doh.

I had a talk with live support and they were helpful, here is what I got:


Nimrod: hello, just one or two fast questions

Support: Hi there

Support: What’s up?

Nimrod: can I ask to check when was somebody online in SL?

Support: Not sure what you mean exactly?

Nimrod: I would like to know if someone was online or not in a specific time range

Support: The only way to tell if someone is online is if they have added you to your friends list

Support: to their friends list I mean, sorry

Support: You can however IM them or try to from their profile on the search button > people > look up their profile

Support: then click the Instant Message button on their profile to IM them

Nimrod: or have a common group Smile if someone (a Linden) giving out that information for a simple user, is that a normal behaviour?

Support: Due to the privacy policy, we do not give out information on residents to another party

Nimrod: is that in the TOS somewhere?

Support: Privacy policy is a link on the main website

Nimrod: I see, thanks
