Something new?

Hey everyone,
We are working on something new. Something we think we will be proud of.
The concept:
* A big cruise ship
- Two deks with rooms.
They will be connected and used as a maze with a quest.
And/or for rol playing games.
- On board a big party center that avatars can “rent” for their
parties. Our own audio streamer can be setup to play YOUR music.
And their is also video available.
- A swimmingpool on top
- A legal casino
- And games, games and games, all over the ship (shuffle board ?).
* A harbour area
- Nice shops that offer clothing, jewelry, e-cards, flowers, ???
- Little galeries
- Nice ambiance
- A bar/cafe ?!
Building this all and scripting it is not the problem. We are 75% finished.
We are looking for avatars that want to setup a little business in SL.
A shop or galery for free ! Yes for FREE.
No rent, only a percentage of the income. So no sales, no pays.
Why do we want that? What is in it for us?
Well we hope for more traffic. The more avatars the more fun.
At this moment we have a daily traffic of about 15 - 20 avatars.
We are determined to offer a nice and friendly place on SL.
And like to share our island with as much avatars as possible.
Not for financial refenues. But for the fun of it.
